If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note: Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Time & Rates

Shipping times and costs vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Estimates:

  • Europe: 5-14 business days

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

5. Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, holidays, weather conditions, or courier issues. Regal Noir is not liable for delays once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at : Regalnoir.store@gmail.com  We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible

7. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Regal Noir is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
